Our mansion breathes class and local culture. Before being converted into the beautiful restaurant we are now, Quinta del Carmen was the first hospital of Aruba, a doctor’s mansion, clubhouse, and a loving family home. We keep it as original as can, trying to keep tradition alive. Feel free to wander about our garden and mansion and experience the wonder of Quinta del Carmen.
